Our Builders
We tender out all our construction projects and only work with builders who either:
• Hold a current Open Building Licence, or
• Have at least 10 years of proven experience delivering commercial or high-rise projects.
An Open Building Licence is the highest level of builder accreditation in Australia. It permits the licence holder to undertake complex, large-scale developments — including multi-storey residential and commercial projects. This licence is not easy to obtain or maintain, as it requires advanced technical qualifications, strong financial backing, and full compliance with regulatory requirements.
At present, we have a panel of approved builders that we work with regularly. These include:

We only consider new builders when we put out a formal tender and are updating or expanding our panel
